Documentation
Provider may supply documentation and supporting materials with the Data Product, which may include, without limitation:
README files and onboarding instructions
Schema definitions (e.g., JSON schema) and field descriptions
Specification sheets and usage notes
File manifests and integrity materials (e.g., checksums / hashes)
Example loading/validation steps for evaluation workflows
Documentation Purpose. Documentation is provided to help Subscriber load, validate, and use the Data Product in internal evaluation, research, and commercial analysis workflows. Documentation may be updated from time to time to correct errors, clarify usage, or reflect version changes.
Documentation Status. Documentation is provided as guidance only and does not modify the license grant or expand permitted use beyond what is expressly allowed under these Terms.
Documentation Confidentiality. Documentation is part of the Data Product and is treated as confidential under these Terms.
No Reliance. Subscriber remains responsible for its own testing, validation, and interpretation of the Data Product and any results produced from use of the Data Product.
Attach/Link. Where applicable, documentation will be delivered alongside the Data Product or made available through Subscriber’s authorized access channel.
